Macon is home for us. Our caregivers live here, which means shorter drives, faster starts and people who know the difference between north Macon and the south side when we are matching a case.
We provide in-home care throughout Macon and Bibb County — personal care, companion care, homemaker services, respite, live-in and overnight care. Care can be a few hours a week or around the clock, and a nurse reviews every care plan before care starts.
We take referrals from discharge planners, skilled nursing case managers, physicians, home health and hospice liaisons, and families. Same-day discharges are welcome — send the referral form and call us at (478) 227-2747 at the same time, and we will start staffing while we read it.
We work with private pay, Georgia Medicaid waivers including CCSP, SOURCE, ICWP and NOW/COMP, Medicaid CMOs, Medicare Advantage plans, long-term care insurance, VA benefits, workers' compensation at all levels, auto and no-fault, and liability settlements. If you are not sure what someone qualifies for, refer them anyway and we will check.
